  • Preparation of your company’s corporation tax return and submission of all relevant documentation to HMRC in iXBRL format (mandatory from 2011)


Tailored packages
Our standard packages described above have proven to be the most popular over the years. However, we are of course also able to tailor packages to suit individual clients’ needs - get in touch and we can put together something that will be perfect for you.
‘Accounts and Tax PLUS’ package
£47.50 pm plus VAT
  • Telephone and email support throughout the year
  • Review of accounting records and effecting necessary corrections
  • Preparation of your company’s annual statutory accounts (full and abbreviated) and filing these electronically at Companies House
  • Preparation of your company’s corporation tax return and submission of all relevant documentation to HMRC in iXBRL format (mandatory from 2011)
  • Basic payroll for up to two directors at NI lower earnings limit, including submission of annual returns (P14, P35) to HMRC
  • Preparation of a self-assessment tax return (non-complex) for one director
